Acceptance of Terms

4.4 Refused Transactions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your kgg999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the specified validity window will be automatically removed from your account without replacement. kgg999 is not obligated to provide advance notice before a bonus expires.

User Obligations & Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kgg999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, kgg999 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by kgg999

kgg999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kgg999 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

Limitation of Liability

kgg999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kgg999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. kgg999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kgg999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kgg999 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kgg999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the kgg999 platform, even if kgg999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kgg999's liability for death or personal injury caused by kgg999's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
